A night patrol that hands out rice balls to people sleeping rough. Every Wednesday is on the official site. The time (around 21:30) and the place (behind the Suiten-gu shrine at Ikebukuro Station Square Park) come from the Big Issue Japan guide; the official site says only "every Wednesday". The patrol starts around 21:35 and goes around Ikebukuro Station. Email: info@tenohasi.or.jp
