Every Tuesday night, they serve rice balls and miso soup (from the official site). The Big Issue Japan guide (revised September 2026) also lists it on the same day and place. Phone: Tuesdays 13:00–17:00. The official site was last updated in November 2025. "Tuesday nights" is on the official site; "from 20:00" and the place (Tamahime Park) come from the Big Issue Japan guide, because the official site gives neither the time nor the place.

Certified NPO Sanyukai. Life consultation is also available Mon–Fri 10:00–15:00 (office: 2-32-8 Kiyokawa, Taito City). They also run a free clinic, a meal service (cafeteria), housing support, and emergency temporary accommodation, according to the official site. Phone reception is on weekdays 10:00–16:30. Email: info@sanyukai.or.jp The meal service is every Thursday (official activity page). "From 14:00" comes from the Big Issue Japan guide (the official site says they travel to the meal site by car at 14:00). On Wednesdays they do outreach visits to people living in tents by the river; that is not a meal service.

Rice balls and other items for people sleeping rough. The days (1st and 3rd Thursdays) are the same on the official site and in the Big Issue Japan guide. The time differs: the official "current activities" page says to meet at the ticket gate of JR Minami-Senju Station at 7:30 in the morning, go around the Shirahige Bridge area for about an hour, and disband around 9:30, while the Big Issue Japan guide says 20:00. We could not confirm which is current, so please check with the contact on the official site before you go.
